Training Paths v2 brings automated sequencing, scored quizzes, cross-training enrollment, and mobile-first delivery to franchise onboarding and certification.

The two most common failure modes in franchise training are inconsistency and friction. Inconsistency: different franchisees run onboarding differently, so new hires at different locations get different training. Friction: the training system is complicated enough that managers avoid using it for anything beyond the initial hire, so role changes, promotions, and recurring certifications fall through the cracks.
